Senior Client Skills Facilitator (AI)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home. Travel for client education delivery may be required for up to 5–10% of the time.

Base salary: $122,000–$209,000 annually for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers. Additional ranges apply to Washington, D.C., New York, and California.

What you will do

• Oversee the development and execution of client and internal AI education strategies across B2B distribution units.
• Design, deliver, and scale education programs for institutional and intermediary clients and client-facing associates.
• Partner with TRP Lab, Global Distribution AI, and Investments AI teams to develop AI-focused programming.
• Leverage live and on-demand learning structures, landing pages, video learning, and AI-enabled processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Technology, Investments, and the Investment Institute.
• Partner with relationship managers and leadership teams to improve client education experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience designing, delivering, and scaling professional education or training programs.
• Ability to leverage technology and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
