What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier management for bioprocessing raw materials.
• Use market intelligence to build a resilient and competitive supply base supporting quality, innovation, and business growth.
• Identify supply chain risks and lead mitigation and business continuity plans.
• Advise business leaders and stakeholders on procurement, market conditions, and sourcing decisions.
• Develop supplier partnerships, improve performance, and resolve quality, service, and supply issues with operational sites.
• Support global procurement strategies, policies, processes, digital tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in strategic procurement, category management, supplier relationship management, contract management, commercial negotiations, and procurement systems.
• Strong leadership, influencing, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills across global teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
• Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners across diverse markets and cultures.
• Basic understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
