Recruiter

Location: On-site at the Connecticut Branch, 113 Plainfield Pike, Plainfield, CT 06374. Travel to recruitment events and hirify.global’s North American locations is required for initial training.

Salary: $68,000–$100,000 per year. New hires earn a $5,000 bonus.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for all levels of the warehouse operation.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, responsibilities, qualifications, and recruiting plans.
• Interview applicants and assess alignment with position requirements.
• Build relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to recruitment events and hirify.global’s North American locations for initial training.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
