Localization Quoting Specialist

What you will do

• Prepare project quotes and calculate client turnaround times.
• Follow up on quotes, monitor acceptance rates, and track client satisfaction and service usage.
• Identify add-on sales opportunities and support retention of existing accounts.
• Discuss sales strategies with Business Developers and advise clients on project scope, products, and expenses.
• Communicate project information and client requests clearly to Project Managers and other stakeholders.
• Register accurate client, legal entity, purchase order, and billing schedule information in project systems.

Requirements

• Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Comfort speaking with clients at all levels by phone or video call.
• Total command of Microsoft Office.
• Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or a university degree.
• 2–4 years of customer-facing experience in localization, translation, or project management.
• Based in Barcelona, Spain for the remote role.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of XTM, Phrase, or FineReader.
