What you will do
- Manage global and local COA/eCOA translation and localization projects from initial client communication through final delivery.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while monitoring progress, timelines, quality, and compliance.
- Coordinate internal teams, external translators, reviewers, and client representatives in China and internationally.
- Align project scope and costs, manage expectations, and address delivery challenges.
- Select translators and reviewers, conduct final deliverable checks, and coordinate client delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, linguistic project management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Project Manager: 5+ years of COA, translation, or localization project management experience. Associate Project Manager: 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Business-level Chinese and English proficiency required.
- Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, planning, time management, problem-solving, and quality-management skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
