Salary: $61,000-$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting process, including attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and securing candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for entry-level, technical, leadership, and other manufacturing positions.
• Partner directly with hiring teams to meet staffing needs and fill positions efficiently.
• Promote company culture and values while delivering customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement recruiting improvements, simplify processes, and proactively solve problems.
• Maintain confidential files and apply recruiting guidelines, SEL values, and World Class Manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related professional experience.
• Typically 2 or more years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to attract and source candidates and build pipelines across different roles and levels.
• Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators.
• Strong organizational, writing, documentation, speaking, and presentation skills, including the ability to manage up to 30 positions at a time.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results.

• Experience in a technical recruiting environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
