Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Lowell General Hospital, Lowell, Massachusetts; onsite 1–2 days per week with travel to hirify.global entity locations and hiring events

Salary: $72,371.94–$90,464.92 per year based on full-time equivalent

What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for support services across Lowell General Hospital/Saints Campus, MelroseWakefield Hospital, and Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
• Source candidates through digital advertising, direct outreach, job fairs, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen applicants, conduct behavioral-based interviews, verify references, and assess minimum qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders on hiring initiatives and recruitment strategies.
• Extend offers, communicate hiring decisions, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and improve recruitment productivity through innovative initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications.
• Strong consulting, communication, relationship management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, protect confidential information, and adapt to changing environments.
• Availability to work onsite at Lowell General Hospital 1–2 days per week, travel to entity locations, and support hiring events.

Nice to have

• Five years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with Workday or a large, complex health system.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification.
