RC Operations Manager, General (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of the Reconditioning Center, including operating expenses, workflow, productivity, quality, and performance.
• Ensure dealerships receive a sufficient variety of high-quality vehicles to meet sales demand.
• Work with regional management and the buyer team to establish supply chain goals.
• Recruit, screen, hire, train, and develop Reconditioning Center employees while reducing turnover.
• Evaluate team performance, provide timely feedback, and support performance evaluations.
• Ensure auction-purchased vehicles meet company standards and warranty requirements before delivery to retail stores.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a business degree or vocational/technical education is beneficial.
• At least 4 years of experience managing 15 or more employees.
• Ability to manage employees and customers at all levels and collaborate with corporate groups.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• English communication skills required for effective performance in a safety-sensitive and technical environment.

Nice to have

• 5–7 years of total automotive repair experience.
• Supply chain management experience.
