What you will do

• Supervise collection operations across commercial, residential, roll-off, and container delivery services.
• Lead drivers and helpers while implementing safety, customer experience, efficiency, and budget initiatives.
• Maintain accident prevention programs and compliance with safety, environmental, operating, regulatory, accounting, and ethics standards.
• Improve routes, productivity, labor-hour utilization, disposal expenses, fleet quality, and maintenance coordination.
• Resolve customer service issues, equipment breakdowns, schedule changes, and unusual service requests.
• Build employee engagement, coach team members, and develop talent for advancement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to direct a large staff and build high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, decision-making, leadership, and judgment skills.
• Process-oriented and results-oriented approach with a commitment to organizational success.
