What you will do

• Manage commercial, industrial, residential, and roll-off collection operations, including container delivery and pickup.
• Lead supervisors, dispatchers, operations clerks, drivers, and helpers responsible for route execution.
• Implement local operating initiatives that improve customer experience, growth, productivity, and profitability.
• Optimize route systems, labor hours, disposal expenses, operating standards, and departmental budgets.
• Oversee safety, accident prevention, loss control, environmental, regulatory, accounting, and ethics compliance.
• Build relationships with customers, government employees, community organizations, and environmental groups.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience, or participation in the hirify.global management trainee program.
• Ability to lead a large staff, develop high-performing teams, and manage talent effectively.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, change leadership, and strong execution skills.
• Problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, decision-making, collaboration, and judgment skills.
