What you will do

• Supervise collection operations across commercial, residential, roll-off, and container delivery services.
• Lead drivers and helpers while implementing safety, environmental, regulatory, accounting, and operating standards.
• Manage accident prevention programs, identify unsafe route conditions, and coordinate equipment compliance with maintenance.
• Resolve customer service issues, missed pickups, equipment breakdowns, and schedule changes.
• Set productivity goals, optimize routes, manage labor and disposal expenses, and support fleet quality.
• Build employee engagement, coach team members, and develop talent for advancement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to direct a large staff and build high-performance teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Process-oriented and results-oriented approach with the ability to pursue aggressive goals.
• Collaborative, creative, ethical, and effective in developing employees.
