What you will do

• Own the integrated portfolio workplan, including milestones, dependencies, critical paths, stage-gate readiness, and cross-workstream ownership.
• Consolidate budgets, forecasts, actuals, contingencies, and variance explanations across business and IT reporting.
• Govern risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and formal change controls with clear escalation paths.
• Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio rollups and decision-ready materials for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Design the operating model, RACIs, governance calendars, and vendor and contract oversight across business and delivery functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant professional, business, or technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Experience owning integrated portfolios with multiple technology workstreams in multi-vendor transformation environments.
• Strong portfolio financial management, forecasting, and value-tracking experience.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change control across hybrid agile and stage-gated frameworks.
• Executive-level communication skills and the ability to drive accountability across senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, utilities, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience with customer-service technology implementations such as contact-center platforms, billing, SAP, or conversational AI.
• Experience mobilizing a new PMO and creating a sustainable operating model and toolkit.
