Senior Manager, Project Management

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex business plans and cross-functional projects aligned with organizational priorities.
• Develop and adjust project plans, allocate resources, remove obstacles, and manage timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Monitor project progress, communicate status to stakeholders and leadership, and support informed decision-making.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support change initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, policy adherence, ethical conduct, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives and managing resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and data-informed decision-making skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office.

Nice to have

• Experience managing small- or medium-scale change initiatives.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Project Management or Six Sigma certification.
