What you will do

• Evaluate outpatient and inpatient patients from adolescence through geriatrics using clinical assessments, functional goals, and prognosis.
• Establish, implement, and modify individualized physical therapy treatment programs.
• Educate patients and families and adapt communication to support engagement and understanding.
• Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Complete insurance and third-party payer documentation and provide clinical supervision to new staff or students when assigned.
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff while maintaining safe, evidence-based care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.
• CPR certification.
• Strong time-management, communication, documentation, physical handling, and clinical judgment skills.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred, typically 1–2 years.

Nice to have

• Graston Technique experience.
• Lymphedema certification.
• Dry needling experience.
