What you will do

• Provide physical therapy care to client employees and their dependents in an onsite Health Center.
• Evaluate patients, apply clinical reasoning, and develop individualized treatment plans according to APTA standards.
• Collaborate with doctors, NPs, PAs, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, community providers, and workplace stakeholders.
• Document and report patient care, participate in Health Center and care meetings, and support continuity of care.
• Develop injury prevention, health promotion, ergonomics, and workplace body mechanics programs.
• Participate in continuing competence activities, including peer review and presentations.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient physical therapy or ambulatory care clinic.
• Required outpatient orthopedic experience.
• All state licenses and certifications required to practice.
• Degree from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy school.
• Current board certification, if applicable.
• Current CPR/BLS certification with hands-on skills evaluation and AHA-compliant training; fully online courses are not accepted.
