What you will do

• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide physical therapy services according to APTA professional standards.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, community providers, and other Health Center staff.
• Support continuity of care through patient meetings, documentation, reporting, and communication with referral sources.
• Deliver injury prevention, health promotion, body mechanics, and ergonomics programs for onsite employees and eligible populations.
• Develop workshops and targeted programs such as musculoskeletal screenings, health back programs, and stretch-and-flex classes.
• Participate in continuing competence activities, peer review, presentations, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Mount Holly, North Carolina at the designated Health Center.
• All state licenses and certifications required to practice, plus a current board certificate where applicable.
• Degree from an accredited physical or occupational therapy school.
• Current CPR/BLS certification meeting American Heart Association standards, including hands-on skills evaluation; fully online courses are not accepted.
• At least three years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient physical therapy or ambulatory care clinic.
• Required outpatient orthopedic experience.
