Salary: $93,000–$128,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Perform comprehensive physical and functional assessments, including applicable OASIS data elements.
• Discuss evaluations with physicians and caregivers and establish individualized plans of care.
• Deliver prescribed physical therapy treatments and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Develop and instruct patients in home exercise programs and document all visits.
• Monitor changes in patient functioning and communicate updates to physicians and the care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with patient privacy, agency, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active Texas physical therapist license or registration required.
• At least one year of current physical therapist experience.
• At least one year of experience under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Ability to comply with applicable state, federal, local, and agency policies and procedures.
