What you will do

• Evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide evidence-based treatment, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.
• Design injury-prevention, strength, mobility, and physical-readiness programs for mission demands.
• Educate service members and leadership on injury management, recovery, and physical health practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, strength and conditioning specialists, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain medical records, support duty limitation recommendations, and provide non-identifiable injury trend insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
• At least two years of post-licensure Physical Therapist experience in a high-performance environment.
• Ability to meet and maintain all applicable Military Treatment Facility credentialing and privileging requirements.
• Experience designing and implementing physical therapy programs and treatment plans for individuals and groups.
• Required certifications include AED, BLS, CPR, and state Physical Therapist licensure.
