Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab - Full Time - Nashua, NH

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Onsite outpatient rehabilitation role, Monday–Friday, including two evenings until 7:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Evaluate outpatient and inpatient patients of all ages using clinical assessment, prognosis, functional goals, and objective measures.
• Establish, implement, and modify individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide patient and family education to support engagement, understanding, and long-term functional outcomes.
• Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Complete insurance and third-party payer documentation and provide clinical supervision to new staff or students when assigned.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, care teams, and support staff while maintaining safe and effective clinical practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.
• CPR certification.
• Strong time-management, communication, documentation, patient-handling, and clinical judgment skills.
• Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, including two evening shifts until 7:30 p.m.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Experience with Graston Technique, lymphedema certification, or dry needling.
