Location: On-site in Providence, Rhode Island, USA
Salary: $37.00 per hour plus bonus structure

provides opioid addiction treatment services through a network of Joint Commission-accredited treatment centers across 24 states.
What you will do
- Safely administer methadone and other prescribed medications according to individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct health assessments, evaluate patient readiness for dosing, and provide clinical follow-up.
- Coordinate care with pharmacies, laboratories, physicians, counselors, and community providers.
- Maintain dosing records, clinical documentation, and medication accountability systems.
- Manage medication inventory and coordinate courtesy and vacation doses in accordance with DEA, state, and organizational standards.
- Support community outreach, mentor nursing staff, and contribute to addiction recovery services.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Rhode Island required
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced clinical environment with prolonged standing, bending, and stooping.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 1:00 PM with a rotating Saturday shift.
Nice to have
- Experience in chemical addiction or substance abuse treatment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Data entry and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle high-pressure situations.
- Experience with dosing equipment, centrifuges, test strips, or breathalyzers.
