FP&A Analyst

hirify.global is hiring for a finance role focused on financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnership.

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Perform sales, product mix, revenue, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain complex Excel models for scenario planning and performance tracking.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and board-level financial reporting packages.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations, multi-site financial consolidation, annual audits, and R&D credit documentation.
• Partner with Business Development, Operations, HR, and Supply Chain to align financial plans with business goals and improve contribution margin.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in Cost Accounting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, plus experience with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution.
• Experience with DelmiaWorks IQMS and fixed-asset software.
