Corporate Counsel (Digital Assets)

Location: London, UK; hybrid work with in-office collaboration 10+ days per month

Company

Develops crypto and financial solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments, and developers to improve global value transfer and the financial system.

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements supporting products, partnerships, and multiple business lines.
• Collaborate with business and product teams on the development and launch of new products and services.
• Provide practical advice on UK, EU, and international financial services regulation, licensing, and regulatory engagement.
• Support corporate governance and general legal matters.
• Advise on capital markets activities, including prime brokerage, execution platforms, and traded products.
• Provide legal support for cross-border payments, stablecoin issuance, custodial solutions, and other digital asset activities.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• 5–8 years' post-qualification experience in capital markets, traded products, and/or prime brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, traded products, and capital markets.
• Good understanding of UK and EU financial services regulation.
• Experience in-house at a financial institution or in a top-tier private practice.
• Ability to explain sophisticated issues clearly and provide concise, practical legal advice.
