Senior Staff Partner Engineer (Crypto)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid collaboration with teams coming into the office 10+ days per month. Work-related travel to customer and partner locations may account for 20–30%.

Salary: $208,000–$260,000 USD annual base salary for positions based in New York.

What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering to bring new products and features to market while collecting, refining, and prioritizing customer requirements.
• Independently manage enterprise-scale customers and partners as the functional and technical specialist.
• Design, deploy, and drive successful adoption of payment solutions and software integrations.
• Break project objectives into manageable tasks and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle, including training, meetings, configuration testing, launch support, and implementation optimization.
• Travel to customer and partner locations when required, representing 20–30% work-related travel.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven IT or software experience.
• Experience delivering software solutions for major global organizations and industry groups.
• Strong understanding of network principles and design, including financial services networks.
• Experience leading customer and partner software integration engagements as the primary technical contact.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues across network, database, and application layers.
• Hands-on software development experience, ideally including production-grade code.

• Experience with institutional crypto custody solutions.
• Knowledge of market dynamics, challenges, and technology developments affecting hirify.global and its customers and partners.
