Chief of Staff (DV Equities)

What you will do

• Run the desk’s management cadence, including leadership meetings, priority tracking, and decision follow-up.
• Lead cross-functional projects across trading, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal.
• Prepare reporting on P&L, costs, headcount, capital, risk usage, and project status.
• Coordinate headcount planning, recruiting pipelines, interviews, and onboarding.
• Track budgets, vendor contracts, renewals, and business cases for tools, data, and infrastructure.
• Support regulatory and licensing work, prepare meeting materials, represent the desk, and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business management, a COO office, strategy, or chief of staff work at a trading firm, bank, asset manager, exchange, or consulting firm.
• Understanding of trading desk operations, including P&L, risk, technology, and the regulatory environment.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL or Python experience is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working with senior stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication and discretion with confidential commercial and personnel information.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required.
