Maintenance Team Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the films facility in Painesville, Ohio, United States

Salary: $73,300–$112,448 per year

What you will do

• Plan and direct maintenance activities supporting safety, quality, and production.
• Lead safety meetings, daily huddles, and compliance with OSHA PSM requirements.
• Coach, train, and develop maintenance technicians and technical staff while managing schedules and accountability.
• Implement TPM, 5S, and preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Manage CMMS work orders, spare parts inventory, supplier relationships, and service contracts.
• Support capital projects, facility modifications, process stability, capacity utilization, and waste reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field such as engineering.
• 6+ years of operational experience, including 3–5 years in plant maintenance or engineering leadership.
• Technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and automation.
• Leadership, conflict-resolution, collaboration, and results-delivery skills.
• Knowledge of Lean principles, OSHA PSM, ISO 9000 procedures, MS Office, Google Platform, and CMMS systems.
• Ability to work on-site at the Painesville, Ohio facility.
