Investment Grade Capital Markets Associate (Investment Banking)

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Drive investment-grade debt issuance pitching and execution for acquisition finance, capital returns, and refinancing.
• Prepare financing and capital markets materials for client meetings.
• Coordinate with investment banking and other financing product groups, client contacts, and external advisors.
• Monitor market events and themes to provide market insight and identify financing opportunities.
• Support the structuring, marketing, and pricing of corporate bonds, loans, and hybrid securities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial analysis in Excel and/or Bloomberg.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline-driven time management skills.
• Interest in macroeconomics and capital markets.
• Work from the New York, NY office.
