2027 Service Delivery Summer Intern (Financial Services)

Location: Jersey City, United States; daily in-office presence required

Salary: $25 per hour plus a sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Support Investor Services Service Delivery across operations and global client service.
• Process high-volume financial transactions accurately and meet critical deadlines.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, escalate findings, and help minimize operational risk.
• Communicate with internal and external clients and counterparties to resolve issues.
• Analyze large data sets, identify operational insights, and contribute to process improvement and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with fellow interns on a high-visibility project and present recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Current college junior entering senior year in Fall 2027.
• Background in and interest in Business, Innovation and Design, or Project Management.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher and demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, judgment, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to analyze business processes, manage large quantities of information, and handle competing deadlines.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, including common formulas, charts, and pivot tables.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in generative AI tools.
• Interest in fund accounting, custody operations, global client service, or transformation management.
