Equity Analyst Internship: Summer 2027

Location: Chicago, Illinois

Salary: $4,250 per week during the ten-week program, plus a signing bonus and housing.

What you will do

• Support senior equity research analysts and traders in identifying investment opportunities.
• Perform in-depth company analysis around future catalyst events.
• Provide real-time opinions on breaking news throughout the trading day.
• Track company news and events and assist with valuation work.
• Complete event-driven research projects as part of a sector-focused team.

Requirements

• Plan to graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree and begin full-time employment by August 2028.
• Strong written, analytical, and financial research skills.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to fundamental company research.
• Familiarity with a trading environment and derivative products.
