What you will do

• Collect, manage, and distribute internal and external data for marketing campaigns and database initiatives.
• Create, manage, and audit audience lists and segments for email, direct mail, calls, events, and advertising campaigns.
• Gather audience-selection requirements and recommend targeted segmentation where appropriate.
• Ensure campaign lists comply with marketing preferences and distribution-partner restrictions.
• Translate data and analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain process documentation, data dictionaries, and glossaries while identifying opportunities for repeatable or automated improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience working with, analyzing, and interpreting data in a business setting, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with relational databases and combining data from multiple sources and formats.
• Experience using SQL to query and join large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to improve workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, business analytics, management information systems, another quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
