Project Manager (Energy)

Location: Cairo, Egypt; remote/flexible work opportunity available.

What you will do

• Manage advanced service projects, including long-term agreements, outages, modifications, and upgrades for steam turbines, generators, and compressors.
• Plan and control project schedules, budgets, risks, changes, resources, costs, billing, and commercial opportunities.
• Lead customer progress reviews, technical alignment meetings, and post-sales project interfaces.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, commissioning, site management, supply chain, tendering, and external suppliers.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials, field service personnel, and technical documentation in line with contractual obligations.
• Apply hirify.global project management methodologies while maintaining quality, schedule, and EHS compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent Engineering.
• Typically 8–10 years of project management experience in the energy, oil and gas, or power generation sectors.
• Recognized project management certification, such as PM@Siemens Level C, PMP, or IPMA.
• Experience with project lifecycle management, risk and opportunity management, schedule control, and budget control.
• Technical knowledge of steam turbines and generators, plus experience with contractual execution, supply chain, and logistics coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and change management skills.
