What you will do

• Lead large-scale prepaid programs from initiation through completion, managing scope, budgets, timelines, and business alignment.
• Develop program strategies that improve operational performance, client outcomes, and business value.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and investment optimization.
• Coordinate product, technology, operations, compliance, finance, and commercial stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities while establishing governance controls and performance metrics.
• Present program status and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership while mentoring program team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience leading complex programs, portfolios, or strategic initiatives in financial services, payments, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, governance frameworks, and execution practices.
• Advanced financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decisions, and mitigating program risks.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and relationship management skills, including executive presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience with prepaid, debit, payments, digital banking, or card-based financial products.
• Program or project management certification.
• Knowledge of financial services regulation, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience with transformation, modernization, process improvement, agile delivery, or enterprise program management tools.
