Program Manager III (Corporate Technology)

Salary: $112,000–$249,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead large-scale enterprise technology infrastructure programs from planning through execution.
• Coordinate technology workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and organizational transformations.
• Define program objectives, scope, timelines, success metrics, dependencies, and delivery plans with senior technology and business stakeholders.
• Drive governance, risk management, issue resolution, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate multiple technology teams, facilitate program ceremonies and steering committee updates, and manage milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee program budgets, evaluate program effectiveness, recommend enhancements, and mentor other program managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry-relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience with enterprise technology infrastructure, platform modernization, or technology delivery organizations.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale organizational transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SDLC, release management, technology deployment processes, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong executive presence, communication, facilitation, planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
