Program Management Manager (C&IB Payments)

Location: In-office role based in Farmers Branch, Texas, or in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Dallas, Texas

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs for C&IB Payments.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, product, business, risk, compliance, and vendor teams.
• Drive payment modernization, platform transformation, process optimization, digital enablement, and vendor integrations.
• Build program roadmaps, governance frameworks, executive communications, risk plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Oversee initiatives involving wire transfers, ACH, Real-Time Payments, FedNow, embedded finance, commercial banking, and treasury management platforms.
• Lead and develop program managers while presenting updates, recommendations, and decision points to executives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience and at least 5 years of prior management experience are typically required.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Program or project management experience in financial services, payments, treasury management, or commercial banking.
• Knowledge of payment products including Wire, ACH, Real-Time Payments, FedNow, and commercial banking platforms.
• Experience with payment modernization, digital transformation, platform migration, merchant services, client onboarding, fraud prevention, and payment operations.
• Must be able to work in an in-office setting in the United States. hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
