Forward Deployed Supply Chain Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada, with a preference for Central or Eastern time zones. Up to 30% travel is expected, primarily within the United States.

Annual on-target earnings: $100,000–$170,000, including 20% variable compensation, with potential equity.

What you will do

• Own customer deployment workstreams from planning through go-live and steady-state monitoring.
• Run meetings, manage project plans, track risks, and coordinate delivery with customer and internal executives.
• Lead structured user acceptance testing and drive adoption of hirify.global solutions.
• Train engineers and experienced operators to use hirify.global’s platform effectively.
• Translate customer business needs into platform builds in partnership with the technical delivery team.
• Apply LLM-assisted modeling, agentic data preparation and validation, AI-generated documentation, and AI-driven planning capabilities.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience, ideally as a senior consultant at a large systems integrator building, connecting, and managing technology systems.
• Hands-on ownership of workstreams, including independent meeting facilitation, project planning, and timeline management.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with engineers and non-technical operators.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada and able to align with Central or Eastern time zones.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily within the United States.

• Supply chain consulting experience.

• SQL or Python familiarity.
