Deployment Strategist - Healthcare

Location: New York or San Francisco, United States; on-site

Salary: $150,000–$300,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own 1–2 enterprise customer relationships and serve as a trusted, responsive partner.
• Lead customer engagements from the first call through full deployment and ongoing support.
• Develop deep knowledge of simulations, population modeling, evaluations, and validations.
• Translate customer needs into clear input for product and modeling teams.
• Contribute to high-impact business projects, including customer acquisition, simulation quality, and product direction.
• Travel for customer engagements as needed.

Requirements

• Experience deploying enterprise AI or data products, strategy consulting or investing, product or engineering with strong customer exposure, and/or healthcare or pharma.
• Strong customer communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain AI topics such as evaluations, validation, and model behavior; coding is not required.
• Detail-oriented, accountable, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous 0-to-1 environments.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience building lightweight tools or automations with scripts or no-code tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployments or B2B SaaS.
