Senior AI Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; travel up to 50% of the time for customer engagements.

What you will do

• Design and deliver Graph+GenAI solution architectures for strategic customers and partners.
• Translate customer business objectives, data landscapes, and technical requirements into AI-powered solutions using graph databases and LLMs.
• Develop, test, deploy, and optimize production-ready AI applications integrated with customer systems.
• Manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, issues, and timelines with customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to provide field insights and influence the product roadmap.
• Deliver workshops, training, documentation, and best practices for customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-class applications.
• 2+ years of experience working with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and application integration.
• Hands-on programming experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Git or SVN, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of generative AI orchestration frameworks, cloud AI offerings, data engineering or analytics, big data technologies, SQL/NoSQL, and graph databases.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, Neptune, TigerGraph, or triple stores such as Ontotext and Stardog.
• Experience with LangChain, Llama Index, Haystack, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Azure Machine Learning.
