What you will do

• Lead process integration for 300mm semiconductor technologies from development and customer engagement through production.
• Develop, sustain, and improve technologies while balancing quality, cost, and delivery.
• Solve complex, novel, and non-recurring problems affecting multiple departments and business areas.
• Lead strategic and business-critical projects and cross-functional teams across sites.
• Coach and mentor less experienced staff as a technical leader.
• Contribute to patents, conference presentations, and journal publications.

Requirements

• University technical degree, with local HR exceptions possible.
• BS with 8–10 years of experience, or MS with 7+ years, or PhD with 5+ years.
• Broad technical knowledge beyond the primary area of expertise.
• Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor process integration and advanced problem-solving.
• Ability to work onsite in Malta, New York, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience initiating supplier projects in complex environments.
• Experience serving as a consortium project liaison.
• Conference committee leadership or guidance of external programs.
