Foundry Advanced Packaging Customer Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: On-site in the United States, with primary locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and additional locations in Folsom and Santa Clara, California; Hillsboro, Oregon; and Austin, Texas.

Annual salary: $220,320–$311,040 USD.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business and market needs.
• Lead collaboration across engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver product launches.
• Serve as the primary contact for product-related inquiries and stakeholder alignment.
• Analyze customer requirements and market trends to define product features and enhancements.
• Manage product lifecycles from planning and execution through performance monitoring and end-of-life decisions.
• Build customer relationships and drive process improvements for hirify.global Foundry products.

Requirements

• Experience with product lifecycle management, planning, development, and launch processes.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements to inform product strategy.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
• Degree in engineering, business, science, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, master’s degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years.
• On-site presence is required in a listed US location.
