Focus on designing assessment and interview flows, building scoring rubrics and surveys, calibrating AI and human scoring, and supporting customer data analysis.

is a Series A HR technology company building an AI-native end-to-end hiring platform with skills science, interview intelligence, skills assessments, and an AI Interview Agent.
What you will do
- Lead client discovery and onboarding conversations to understand hiring needs, frameworks, and success profiles.
- Build Role Skills Profiles and map client values to the platform taxonomy using AI-supported content creation.
- Advise hiring managers and recruiters on governance, role requirements, and platform usage.
- Design hiring flows, assessment stages, interview methodologies, AI-generated interview questions, and scoring rubrics.
- Support AI scoring, human calibration, customer data analysis, candidate progression tracking, surveys, quizzes, and branching logic.
- Collaborate with Product and escalate complex client needs to the wider occupational psychology team when required.
Requirements
- Experienced Occupational Psychologist with a background in HR technology or assessment technology.
- Extensive experience in a client-facing, consultant-level role.
- Strong consulting, advisory, stakeholder communication, data, and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate underlying client needs into clear recommendations and adapt communication across stakeholders.
- Comfort using AI tools and balancing client-facing consulting with detailed hands-on work.
- Role is remote within the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Chartered Occupational Psychologist status or progress toward chartership.
- Familiarity with AI-powered assessment tools or AI interview technology.
- Experience in a fast-scaling technology environment.
