Behavioral Analyst (AI)

hirify.global is supporting an AI training project focused on improving how AI systems understand human interactions.

What you will do

• Analyze text, audio, and video to identify behavioral cues such as tone, gestures, speech patterns, and body language.
• Annotate and explain behavioral data for AI training.
• Create scenario-based training materials.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for behavioral accuracy and appropriateness.
• Refine annotation guidelines, maintain quality standards, and document behavioral insights.
• Provide feedback and support process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with behavioral analysis, annotation, behavioral cue identification, or related work.
• Ability to recognize subtle differences in tone, speech, body language, and gestures.
• Ability to create training materials and communicate observations clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, quality evaluation, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to collaborate remotely and work independently.
• No prior AI experience is required.

Nice to have

• Background in behavioral therapy, counseling, theater, acting coaching, or another field involving behavioral observation and analysis.
