Workforce Planning Advisor

Location: Remote in Canada; travel up to 25%, primarily within North America. Annual company events take place at the Vancouver headquarters.

What you will do

• Lead strategic advisory engagements for enterprise customers, aligning workforce planning technology with business drivers, job redesign, and skills gap initiatives.
• Define and standardize consulting delivery frameworks, including process mapping, design workshops, change impact assessments, and stakeholder enablement.
• Direct cross-functional delivery teams through implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering on pre-sales scoping, delivery methodologies, and customer expectations.
• Translate customer insights, workforce transformation trends, and AI or automation impacts into product feedback and roadmap input.
• Build long-term stakeholder alignment and drive product adoption across enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience implementing HR or workforce solutions or leading Strategic Workforce Planning advisory engagements for medium-to-large enterprises.
• Strong expertise in modern Strategic Workforce Planning, organizational design, HR operations, talent management, and HR data analytics.
• Experience leading workforce transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, skills gap analysis, organizational design, and talent reallocation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead executive workshops, create advisory materials, and manage complex change programs across HR, Finance, and IT.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within North America.
