Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; territory includes Baltimore and surrounding areas. Domestic travel and overnight stays are required as needed. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.
Annual base salary: $108,600–$250,700, plus a sales incentive bonus. During initial sales training, the role is salary non-exempt and eligible for overtime; after certification, it becomes overtime exempt.

develops and commercializes medicines and therapies, with this role supporting its commercial oncology portfolio and cancer care programs.
What you will do
- Promote 's oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers, specialists, hospitals, institutions, and organized customers.
- Educate healthcare professionals about the appropriate use of products and disease management information.
- Assess assigned accounts, markets, customer needs, and business landscapes to develop strategic account and territory plans.
- Generate demand for products and improve patients' experience and quality of care.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and high-value customers while maintaining access across institutions.
- Work with cross-functional resources in a matrix environment and adapt digital applications and new ways of working.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree, or an associate's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or oncology healthcare professional experience with key oncology thought leaders or high-influence customers.
- Demonstrated sales or healthcare performance record, business acumen, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical and scientific product and disease-management information to diverse customers.
- Valid U.S. driver's license, compliant driving record, and ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Nice to have
- 3–5 years of oncology sales experience.
- Experience in the hematology therapeutic area.
- Master's degree or advanced healthcare professional degree.
- Experience working with institutions, NCI centers, and key opinion leaders.
