Oncology/Hematology Specialist (Biotech)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; travel throughout the assigned territory is required

Salary: $140,000–$230,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary customer contact for demand creation and product promotion.
• Engage healthcare providers in person and virtually, delivering branded sales messages and disease-state education.
• Execute marketing strategies and planned promotional programs in a compliant and ethical manner.
• Manage customer accounts, support product access, and triage medical or reimbursement issues.
• Build territory business plans using local market and account knowledge.
• Provide marketing feedback and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

• Several years of successful biotech or pharmaceutical sales experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in the hematology/oncology market, with hematology experience preferred.
• Local oncology market knowledge and a customer-centric selling approach.
• Strong account management, business analytics, communication, and business planning skills.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with healthcare providers in community and academic settings.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, or the ability to obtain one if required; ability to travel by car, air, train, and other transportation modes.
