Customer Service Sales Specialist II (Telecommunications)

Location: Bethel, Alaska, United States; onsite retail store position; remote work is not eligible.

What you will do

• Provide high-quality customer service and help customers select suitable products, devices, accessories, plans, and pricing options.
• Meet sales goals by acquiring, upselling, cross-selling, and retaining customers across applicable product lines.
• Handle product and service inquiries, complaints, billing questions, and other customer service issues professionally.
• Maintain current knowledge of hirify.global products, promotions, competitor offers, data technology, and entertainment devices.
• Use technology-based applications to provision services, troubleshoot issues, record information, and process cash transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments, participate in ongoing training, and mentor junior specialists while supporting senior staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of customer service and sales experience supporting and selling products, devices, and accessories.
• Excellent command of English is required.
• Knowledge of basic math and accounting, including accurate cash processing, reconciliation, and deposit preparation.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Access.
• Ability to work onsite in a standard retail store in Bethel, Alaska, including rotating schedules, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and occasional travel to other locations.
