What you will do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone or ticketing systems with clear, personalized communication.
• Handle billing, pricing, service cancellation, product changes, returns, exchanges, and appointment scheduling.
• Resolve standard issues remotely or explain the steps customers need to take.
• Use telephone-based sales skills to identify needs, recommend solutions, explain service benefits, and upsell products.
• Manage customer retention conversations and help protect customer relationships.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales activity goals while following approved communication scripts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products and services.
• Strong communication, active listening, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to ask fact-finding questions, identify customer needs, and remain empathetic under pressure.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands, talk, and hear; lifting up to 10 pounds may be required.
