Director, IT Portfolio Management (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required for training or meetings.

Salary: $172,200–$236,900 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive.

What you will do

• Align the IT portfolio and demand with business portfolio priorities.
• Organize and prioritize projects and programs according to IT strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and schedules.
• Allocate financial and organizational support to strategic initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of new or updated programs and large-scale projects.
• Drive strategic plans, goals, objectives, performance improvement, and operational processes.
• Provide input into functional strategy and communicate with senior leaders.

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• At least 8 years of technical experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for senior leadership audiences.
• Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements, and trend reports.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes.
• Six Sigma certification.
• PMP certification.
• Experience running large-scale, highly visible programs involving multiple project teams.
