Data Technology & Engineering Project Management & Strategic Operations Associate Director (Biotechnology)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid-eligible with remote work allowed up to two days per week, or on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Salary: $155,700–$233,500 base salary per year, plus annual bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives that reduce complexity, improve discipline, and streamline operations across Data, Technology and Engineering.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions with technology leaders and the extended leadership community.
• Design and manage integrated planning, prioritization, technology deployment stage-gate reviews, change communications, portfolio reviews, and resource time tracking.
• Monitor technology operations processes, capture performance metrics, and communicate results to senior leadership, including the Chief Digital & Information Officer.
• Maintain technology roadmaps, deployment records, and impact assessments.
• Coordinate technology operations across DTE functions to support successful enterprise technology delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree typically required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically eight years of relevant experience; alternatively, an MBA or advanced degree in computer science or a related discipline with six years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of technology management and enterprise system deployment.
• Experience in operations management, management consulting, or a similar domain; biotechnology experience is preferred.
• Strong structured thinking, quantitative analysis, executive presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, adaptive, curious, and disciplined approach to operational improvement.
