Senior Product Designer - Benefits Servicing (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for medical benefits products and services across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Translate complex member and business needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Use user research, usability testing, analytics, and member feedback to improve healthcare benefits experiences.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, analytics, research, and business stakeholders.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, usability, and consistent design practices.
• Contribute to design systems, pattern libraries, and scalable UX standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product outcomes.
• Strong visual, interaction, information architecture, user-centered, and responsive design skills.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing complex end-to-end customer journeys, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or another regulated industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare, medical benefits, insurance, or other regulated-industry products.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design for older adults and diverse populations.
• Experience maintaining design systems, facilitating design workshops, or using data-informed experimentation.
