Associate Product Manager (AI)

Location: Canada; remote

Salary: $61,280–$76,600 per year, plus 2,500 options

What you will do

• Own defined product initiatives, improvements, checks, and identity-verification workstreams from discovery through launch and post-launch measurement.
• Translate customer, operational, and technical needs into product briefs, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Investigate customer and operational problems, including failed transactions, verification issues, workflow friction, and reliability gaps.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, and external data providers.
• Coordinate product acceptance testing, releases, stakeholder testing, demos, and post-launch follow-up.
• Use product and operational data to support prioritization and improve automation, completion rates, reliability, turnaround time, and operational effort.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment and exposure to the software development lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Experience in SaaS sales, customer support, account management, or another direct client-engagement role.
• Ability to manage multiple defined workstreams and use Google or Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada.

Nice to have

• Product-management certification or specialized training.
• Experience in B2B2C, project management, Scrum, or Agile environments.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, data flows, and third-party technology or data providers.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, operational metrics, or structured root-cause analysis.
• Experience using AI tools for product research, analysis, prototyping, or delivery workflows.
