Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and hiring.
• Recruit talent for AI, operations, support, business analysis, and other non-technical roles, with a primary focus on the USA and LATAM markets.
• Define selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements.
• Use LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, job boards, social networks, networking, and employee referrals to build pipelines.
• Ensure clear communication and timely feedback throughout the candidate experience.
• Track recruitment data and metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience with full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions.
• Experience hiring for AI roles, operations, AI consulting, support, and business analysis.
• Knowledge of modern candidate selection methods, including competency-based interviewing.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, including startup or agency experience.
• Experience with both technical and non-technical hiring, especially commercial and customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing.
